Moku platforms

Optimized platforms for complex measurements

Multifunctionality without loss of measurement quality.

Moku stands for Software Defined Devices

The Moku:Go, Moku:Lab and Moku:Pro platforms combine the processing power of FPGAs with software that adapts to the current hardware configuration, changing the way scientists, engineers and students test and measure. Our seamless integration of hardware and software provides exceptional versatility for a wide range of applications.

POWERFUL TOOL SET

EVERY INSTRUMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH A HIGH-QUALITY ANALOGUE HARDWARE PLATFORM INTERFACE, COMBINED WITH MOKU’S INTUITIVE SOFTWARE.

Whether you’re teaching new concepts to undergraduate students, moving towards the next big breakthrough in your lab, or running quality control tests on a commercial product, configuration has never been easier.

The Moku:Go platform is a collection of 8 of the most popular tools, providing learning / lab functionality at a fraction of the cost.

The Moku:Lab platform includes an expanded set of tools (up to 12) with more powerful features. You can choose the necessary set of tools that best suits your task.

The Moku:Pro platform is the most advanced system in the Moku set of software-defined tooling platforms. Using the power of an FPGA combined with a high-quality, high-bandwidth analog interface, Moku:Pro can host multiple instruments on a single hardware platform without compromising performance or accuracy. It has exceptionally low noise performance and large built-in storage.

List of tools

Below is a list and a brief description of all available instruments, more detailed technical specifications of the instruments are available on the Moku:Go, Moku:Lab and Moku:Pro pages, as well as on the official website of Liquid Instruments.

Allows you to track changes in an electrical signal over time and measure characteristics such as voltage, time and frequency, pulse width, rise time, and phase shift.

Generates signals of various shapes, amplitudes and frequencies. Available waveforms include sine, square, linear, and pulse.

Available in the  Moku:Go toolbox

Allows you to characterize the frequency response of the device under test by plotting a Bode plot. Measurement of impedance, filter characteristics, power supplies, etc.

Use control loop feedback to control process variables. Design the frequency response of your control system with an interactive Bode plot, and make adjustments to your system in real time.

Allows you to seamlessly collect and share data in various data collection modes. Control your data with a visual timeline in the user interface.

Creates user-defined custom waveforms by loading a waveform from a file or entering it as a circular math function

Displays and analyzes the various frequency components present in the signal. Track and record key metrics by moving measurement cursors to features of interest.

Extracts a known frequency signal from a noisy environment. The user interface provides an intuitive flowchart of the signal processing chain.

Records and tracks the phase, amplitude, and frequency of input signals with great accuracy, enabling the use of real-time spectral analysis tools.

Stabilize the laser frequency to a resonator or atomic transition. Supported stabilization methods include PDH stabilization (Pound-Drever-Hall technique), heterodyne phase stabilization, RF stabilization, and dithering.

Allows you to create custom Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) filters, including low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and notch filters, as well as several fully customizable trim types.

Allows you to create custom Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filters and use the user interface to fine-tune the filter response in the frequency and time domain to suit your application.
